Leads the Brand & Future Growth
What started as a late-night idea turned into a full-fledged movement. Lane founded MIDNIGHT RACING out of a passion for design, street culture, and the freedom of the ride. From garage nights and Photoshop mockups to real product drops and growing crews, he built the brand to represent authenticity, loyalty, and the spirit of those who stay late.
As Founder, Lane leads the creative direction, shapes the brand identity, and drives the long-term vision that keeps MIDNIGHT RACING moving forward. Every design released by the brand is created by him, ensuring each piece stays true to its roots and carries the raw energy the brand was built on.
Outside the brand, Lane is active duty U.S. Air Force and grew up playing ice hockey. His passion for cars, riding, and photography continues to influence the culture and visuals behind MIDNIGHT RACING.
JGIX
Brand Manager
Maintains Brand Consistency & Identity
JGIX ensures the brand looks and feels consistent across every platform. He oversees messaging, coordinates between teams, and maintains a unified voice across products, campaigns, and social media.
His focus is building a strong, recognizable identity that the audience instantly connects with and trusts.
JGIX is a U.S. Army veteran with 5 years of service and counting. Outside of the bike community, he’s into stance cars and video games—bringing that same attention to detail and style into the brand.
JRIC
Crew Director
Leads Ambassadors & Creator Community
As Crew Director, JRIC leads the ambassador and creator teams, shaping both content standards and community culture. He manages weekly initiatives, supports Lead Creators, and ensures every member has what they need to represent the brand at their highest level.
His leadership keeps the community active, aligned, and constantly growing.
JRIC is a U.S. Marine veteran, bringing discipline, structure, and leadership into the core of the MIDNIGHT RACING crew.
ALY
Creative Director & Social Media Manager
Leads Vision, Aesthetic & Social Media Strategy
Aly leads the visual identity and digital presence of the brand. From campaign concepts and photoshoot direction to content planning and platform strategy, she ensures everything reflects MIDNIGHT RACING’s personality and vision.
She manages day-to-day social media operations, curates content calendars, analyzes performance, and adapts strategy to maximize reach and engagement. Aly drives how the brand is seen—keeping the aesthetic bold, consistent, and always evolving.
Outside the brand, Aly has a background in track and brings that same energy and drive into her work. In her free time, she enjoys gaming, adding a creative and digital edge to her perspective.
HAYLEE
Marketing Manager
Drives Growth, Campaigns & Brand Reach
Haylee leads the efforts behind growing MIDNIGHT RACING and expanding its reach. She plans and executes marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions that connect with the audience and turn attention into action.
From social campaigns and collaborations to analyzing performance and optimizing strategy, she ensures the brand continues to grow while staying connected to its core community.
With two years of riding experience, Haylee brings a genuine connection to the culture and understands what resonates with the audience—helping push MIDNIGHT RACING forward both on and off the road.
